ATV´S SAFTEY EQUIPMENT
All the ATV´s have been modified to be able to carry passengers in a safe and comfortable way. The chassis has been reinforced adding a cushioned roll bar.
Foot guards are also attached to prevent riders from lowering their feet.

Please Note
- Drivers must be 16 and older.
- Passengers must be 6 years and older.
- The weight limit can not exceed 350 pounds.
- Passengers with health problems, pregnancy or intoxication will not be able to go on the tour.
- All driver's need present valid drive licence
We Reccomend
- You bring closed shoes, Bug repellent, Sunglasses & Biodegradable Sunscreen.
- Lockers, Goggles are available at the starting point of the tour.
CO. SAFETY GUIDELINES
- There are inherent risks involved with All Terrain Vehicles and guests must be aware of them before deciding to participate in this activity. Wild Tours is very strict with its guests when it come to their well being and therefore applies the following regulations other than a system of work that minimizes the probabilities of any incidents from occurring on the tour.
How we process your reservation
All reservations made through our site are processed within 2 working days, reservations made less than 72 hours upon arrival are not guaranteed, If you need to make last minute reservations please call +52-(987)-872-2244.
All reservations generate a Reservation ID, this ID number is your reservations Number NOT Your confirmation number, a confirmation number will be sent to you via email by our reservations department after checking availability for the specific tour, date and time requested. If you do not get your confirmation number from our reservations department within 2 working days, please email us at onlinesales@wild-tours.com

Where we Meet for your Tour
Wild Tours meeting point is at Carlos & Charlie's by the Punta Langosta shopping Mall 30 Minutes prior to departure time. Carlos & Charlie's is located at Punta Langosta Mall, in down town Cozumel. Passengers arriving by Cruise Ship to Puerta Maya or International piers must take a taxi to the Punta Langosta mall, this is a 5 minute drive from the pier. passengers arriving to Punta langosta Pier are within walking distance from the mall.
Cancellation Policy
Rates per person are in U.S. Dollars, rates may change without notice If you have any questions please write to us at: onlinesales@wild-tours.com
Any cancellation must be made with a 24 hrs notice. Less than 24 hrs the clients will be charged 50%. No shows will be fully charged and can be on a standby for any open space on the following tour. For rescheduling due to bad weather please notify wild tours first. Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruiseship will not be charged to your credit card.
