How we process your Xrail tour reservation?

All Xrail tour reservations made through our site are processed within 2 working days, reservations made less than 72 hours upon arrival are not guaranteed, If you need to make last minute reservations please call +52-(987)-872-2244.

All Xrail tour reservations generate a Reservation ID, this ID number is your reservations Number NOT Your confirmation number, a confirmation number will be sent to you via email by our reservations department after checking availability for the specific tour, date and time requested. If you do not get your confirmation number from our reservations department within 2 working days, please email us at onlinesales@wild-tours.com

Your credit card information is ONLY to secure your space in the Xrail tour or in case of no show. Full payment must be made to your tour representative with cash or travelers checks upon arrival to your meeting point on your tour day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates per person are in U.S. Dollars, rates may change without notice If you have any questions please write to us at: onlinesales@wild-tours.com

Any cancellation must be made with a 24 hrs notice. Less than 24 hrs the clients will be charged 50%. No shows will be fully charged and can be on a standby for any open space on the following Xrail tour. For rescheduling due to bad weather please notify wild tours first.

Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruiseship will not be charged to your credit card.
