Less than 24 hrs the clients will be charged 50%. No shows will be fully charged and can be on a standby for any open space on the following tour. For rescheduling due to bad weather please notify wild tours first. Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruiseship will not be charged to your credit card. Card information is ONLY to secure your space on the tour however we will send you a request from PayPal for a 30% deposit to be made once the spaces have been set apart as a guarantee of availability after which we will send you a confirmation E- ticket with all the meeting details as well as the pending balance due upon arrival which must be made to your tour representative with cash or travelers checks upon arrival to your meeting point on your tour day.
